Welcome to the 12TH label release from PuzzleProjectsMusic.

PuzzleProjectsMusic returns with another quality release (PPMEP7), boosting its discography and showcasing label head Ben Spalding’s impeccable A&R and curatorial skills. This time around we have a two-tracker from San Francisco-based Brit, LeBant The talented producer has been quietly working on music and refining his skills for the best part of a decade, only now releasing it to the public. It’s a privilege for PuzzleProjectsMusic to provide an outlet for LeBant and his synth-powered disco and sci-fi funk.

The EP begins with ‘Dream On’, a great intro to LeBant’s style, with the low end driven by a hypnotic disco rhythm. You’ll be hooked from the off and immersed in the interstellar atmospherics once it gets into its groove. LeBant’s ability to create a strong narrative and engrossing progression evident throughout this cut which features a superb sample in its second half.

‘Rocking It’, is next up. This is a low-slung groover with retro electrified vocals that will transport the listener back to the genesis of electro music back in the early eighties - expect electric boogaloo and robotic moves on the dance floor when this is dropped. LeBant creates a jaunty, nu-disco vibe, adding layers of synthesizer funkadelia to weave a meandering, yet enchanting story.
PuzzleProjectsMusic continues to impress, delivering an eclectic assortment of high-quality electronic music from its ever-growing family of highly skilled, tenacious artists.
